Canine Influenza vaccine is highly recommended!
Canine Influenza is an airborne virus similar to the symptoms of other canine respiratory diseases including coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge and running a fever.
At Pooch's, our mission is to create a safe, clean and fun environment. Pooch's does not accept guests at check in who exhibit signs of respiratory disease. All suites, floors, bowls and other surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between uses.
For the best interests of your pooch, Pooch's recommends that you bring their own food in pre-measured and pre-marked zip lock baggies to maintain your pet's normal diet. This also helps prevent upset stomachs. However, we do provide our premium house food for $5.00/per day/per dog.
The youngest age that Pooch's accepts is a 4-month-old puppy. Your pup must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and have had at least their second set of vaccinations.
If your pup is 12 years or older, we require a letter from your veterinarian, stating your pooch is fit for boarding.
For the safety of your pooch and other guests, we will not accept dogs that have been coughing within the last week, dogs that have open wounds or stitches, dogs that are recovering from surgery, dogs that have contagious diseases, or dogs who are people-aggressive.
Yes, Pooch's Boarding and Daycare accepts unaltered or intact dogs for boarding only. We accept dogs in heat for boarding only. Unaltered, intact or in heat pets will not be accepted for group daycare.
To ensure a flea and tick free environment, we ask that you do not bring any bedding, fabrics or plush toys. We provide all guests with premium bedding and blanket at no additional charge.
Your dog will relax in a private and spacious suite, go out for playtimes, walks & other activities. Your dog will be very active during his/her stay with us and it is not uncommon for dogs to sleep more than normal after their vacation at Pooch's.
Yes, same family dogs may stay together. There is a discounted rate on the first reservation.
Boarding guests at Pooch’s enjoy three outdoor potty breaks daily and plenty of love from our staff. For pups who’d like more activity, we offer add-on options such as individual play sessions, enrichment time with snuffle mats, or our signature “Yappy Hour” experience - designed to make their stay even more fun and engaging!

Although we do not administer injections, we will give oral medications, topical treatments, and eye/ear drops as prescribed by your veterinarian. Prescriptions must be in their original packaging and presented upon check-in.
